DEPOSIT

A non-refundable $75 Deposit is required to book any New Set and Foreign Fill. The deposit is transferable to another date as long as 72 hours notice is given, $50 deposit are now required to book Fill appointments, due to too many cancellations and no shows. This deposit will be included into your final payment which will be due at the time of the appointment. Deposits must be paid at the time of booking. The Rescheduled appointment on Full Set must be within 6 months of the cancelled appointment.

CANCELLATION/ NO SHOW

Cancellations and reschedule appointments on Full Sets are accepted without penalty 72 hours before the schedule appointment. Giving less than 72 hours will results in a cancellation fee of $75 (deposit). Cancellations and reschedule appointments on Refills are accepted without penalty 48 hours before the scheduled appointment. Giving less than 48 hours notice will results in a cancellation fee of $50 (deposit), that has to be paid Immediately. In order to re-book your next appointment the $50 cancellation fee must be send by E-transfer; by agreeing to our booking & cancellation policy, you authorize Lashes By Pauze to accept your Transfer per cancellation policy. NO SHOW appointment will be charge 100% of the Full Service fee, to rebook after a NO SHOW, all future appointments will require to be prepaid.

FOREIGN FILL

Refill from other Lash Artist are accepted if the lash extensions are done properly, all foreign fill are an extra $20. Removal and Full Set might be needed in order to offer quality lash services.

REFUND

Lashes By Pauze Do NOT offer refunds for any deposits and services provided.
